Coming Love without limits Hingham

Each year, the Hingham community puts on their dancing shoes to stomp out the cycle of poverty by raising donations for NPH USA, an organization that rescues at-risk children from hardship in Central American and the Caribbean.

This particular event will support the healthcare, childcare, and educational programs of NPH homes in Honduras and Guatemala. The Hingham community has been offering support, smiles, and welcoming arms to our NPH children for years. Love without Limits is a wonderful manifest of this generosity.

Last year, the first annual Love without Limits was able to raise almost $60,000 to transform the lives of disadvantaged children, supporting NPH USA’s mission. NPH USA supports Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for “OurLittle Brothers and Sisters”), an international organization that works to transform the lives of orphaned, abandoned, and disadvantaged children throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

Currently, NPH is raising more than 3,100 children throughout homes in Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Peru. An additional 2,300 students who live outside the homes receive scholarships, meals, health care, and other services. NPH’s outreach services assist more than 100,000 people every year.

This spirited family event will take place on Thursday, Oct. 11 from 6-10 p.m. at the South Shore Country Club, located on 274 South Street in Hingham. For the ticket price of $75 guests will enjoy a light dinner and desserts, as well as dancing and live music from Mark Morris & The Catunes. A cash bar will be available. Come meet the youth who benefit from NPH and your support and to hear their life stories.

Event co-chairs, Courtney Monnich and Yvette Kantar, are overjoyed to be presenting NPH Guatemala another year, having been delighted with last year’s generous response. As Eliza Dunn, a Hingham youth, states after visiting NPH Guatemala this past June, 2018, “NPH is a place with overflowing laughter, constant joy, and abundant love. No matter how long you’re there for, NPH immediately welcomes you into their big, happy family.”

We hope you will join us to show your unconditional love and celebrate our NPH family! For further information, to make a donation, or to sponsor the event, visit nphusa.org/LoveWithoutLimits or contact Casey Rector at our regional office by calling (617) 206-4940.
